At TILLY, we work on a wholesale-only basis with distributors, restaurants, hotels, and shops. This policy explains our terms for ordering, delivery, and replacement.

Important: All orders are placed through direct contact (phone / WhatsApp). The site is a catalog only and does not offer direct purchasing for individuals.

1. How to Order from Tilly

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp +20 155 141 1117 or phone +20 155 045 5045.
  2. Send your list of products and required quantities.
  3. A custom wholesale quote will be sent.
  4. Upon approval, we agree on delivery date and payment.

2. Inspection at Delivery

  • Verify packaging integrity (no tears).
  • Confirm quantities and products match the agreement.
  • Ensure products are frozen and within cold chain.
  • Check production and expiration dates.

3. Replacement & Returns

Replacement or returns are accepted immediately at delivery only, in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged, expired, or open-package product.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Quantity mismatch.

We commit to immediate replacement or full refund as per agreement.

4. Returns Not Accepted

  • Products signed for at delivery without objection.
  • Products that left the cold chain after delivery.
  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Custom orders with special specifications.

5. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and order size — these are determined within the price quote.

6. Payment Terms

  • Cash on delivery (for regular orders).
  • Bank transfer.
  • Electronic wallet / InstaPay.
  • Deferred terms for long-term clients (by prior agreement).
