4. Orders & Acceptance

• An inquiry does not bind the Company to accept it.
• Order is officially confirmed after quote acceptance.
• The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.
• Minimum quantities may apply for some products.

5. Payment

• Cash on delivery.
• Bank transfer.
• Electronic wallets / InstaPay.
• Deferred terms for long-term clients per prior agreements.

6. Delivery

• We deliver to all Egyptian governorates.
• Fees and timing are determined in the quote.
• Delivery uses a strict cold chain.
• Some orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Replacement

All returns are governed by the Wholesale Orders & Delivery Policy on the site.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — logo, names, images, text, designs — is owned by TILLY and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential damages.
